Spring Meal Plan

We are only a few days into spring, and you can see everyone walking around with a little extra happiness in their step! Not only do we get to welcome fresh seasonal produce, it also means we get to be outside enjoying the fresh air and vitamin D again! I am very VERY happy about the weather shift and looking forward to all the slow afternoons down the beach.

To keep the inspiration and yummy food choices flowing, here is our Spring meal suggestions – the goals are simple:

  1. Boost delicious fresh wholefoods
  2. Add as much variety as possible!

Feel free to adjust the meal suggestions with your own dietary preferences, this is just a guide.

DAILY DIETARY AND LIFESTYLE GOALS
1. Start each day with a high-protein savoury breakfast – ideally 30g of protein for each breakfast
2. Aim for at least 5 – 10 different veggies a day
3. Aim for 35g of fibre each day (ps using a serve of cleanse and clear will get you most of the way with this one)
4. Stay hydrated
5. Move your body in a way that brings you joy
