NATUROPATHY

Naturopathy uses a whole-body treatment approach, combining clinical nutrition, western herbal medicine, dietary counseling, supplementation and lifestyle education to support the body’s needs and treat underlying causes that may be affecting the potential for vitality and wellbeing. By focusing on preventive care and addressing the root causes of illness, naturopathy aims to optimize overall well-being and restore balance to the body

At AHARA HEALTH our practitioners believe in working alongside GP’s, specialists and allied health practitioners to enhance the total wellbeing of our clients. Central to naturopathic practice is pathology testing, which helps identify underlying imbalances or deficiencies. Based on these findings, our practitioners devise personalised treatment plans, and offer tailored nutrition advice to address individual health needs.

Naturopaths use herbal medicine and compounded vitamin/mineral supplements to individualise the treatment approach for each client. We strongly believe that no two clients are the same, and therefore no two treatment approaches should be the same.
