Wild Berry Ice Creams

Australia is in a heat wave at the moment – and I am not so secretly loving it! I have always preferred warm weather, the beach, the warmth of the sun on your skin – it is pure bliss!

The warm weather also has me craving cooling foods, so ice creams and ice blocks are on the menu this week! I wanted to create something that was super easy to make and that the whole family would love! This recipe really is one of the easiest recipes, ever! All you need is three ingredients and you are set for one pretty amazing icecream!

This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, soy free, refined sugar free, paleo, raw and vegan

2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
1 cup of milk, your choice – I used almond mylk
1/2 cup black berries, frozen works well here

1. Place the chopped banana into a high-performance food processor or blender and turn on.
2. With the machine running at the cup of milk and continue to process until a smooth consistency. It should resemble a smoothie.
3. Set up your iceblock moulds and start getting creative – layer the berries and banana mixture into the molds. Once all moulds are full place in the freezer overnight.
4. Remove from moulds and enjoy!

notes: any berries would work for this recipe!
