2 ingredient cashew milk

For when you run out of dairy-free milk and you need a quick option fast! or you just want super delicious milk with no yuckie ingredients. The creaminess of the milk is delicious in a coffee or tea – it won’t split! or added into a smoothie, hot chocolate, matcha or moon milk.

I N G R E D I E N T S

1 cup of raw organic cashews
1 L fresh filtered water
pinch of salt is optional but delicious, same with a splash of vanilla.

M E T H O D 1
1. soak the cashews overnight in filtered water, and strain the next day.
2. add cashews to a blender along with 1L of filtered water, blend until smooth.
3. add to a sterilised glass jar and store in the fridge. use within 2 – 3 days.

M E T H O D 2
1. cover the cashews in boiling water and let sit for 15 mins.
2. strain the water and soaked cashews along with 1L of filtered water to a blender. process until smooth.
3. add to a sterilised glass jar and store in the fridge. use within 2 – 3 days.
