Raspberry + Cream Icecream

Summer, salty skin and ice cream; the most perfect combination. What I adore about recipes like this one, apart from how delicious they are, is how simple and easy they are to make! no waiting time, no craking the freezer open every 10 minutes to see if it is ready – simple throw into a blender or food processor and that’s it!

This particular recipe is refined sugar-free, the banana gives the recipe a delicious sweetness. The raspberries give this recipe a wonderful boost of fibre! one cup of raspberries contain approx 7g of dietary fibre.

Other delicious combos to try: frozen banana + peanut butter + cacao OR frozen banana + avocado + matcha.

This recipe is Plant Based, Gluten free, Dairy free, Grain free, Refined sugar free 

I N G R E D I E N T S 

1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons coconut yoghurt (or your choice of yoghurt)
splash of nut milk


  1. In a food processor or high powder blender place the banana, frozen berries and yoghurt.
  2. Turn on the machine and process until smooth. Adding a splash of nut milk as needed. The milk helps to move the banana and berries around the machine. only add a small amount at a time if not it can get too loose like a smoothie.
  3. Once gorgeous and blended, place into a bowl and enjoy straight away.
