This recipe really only takes 5 minutes to prep! Store it in an air tight glass container and TA DA! you have breakfast!

Ingredients
1 cup organic almonds
1 cup organic walnuts (walnut half’s work well here)
1 cup chipped coconut
1 cup of mixed seeds (chia, linseeds, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds)
a handful of goji berries
Method:
1. Pre heat the oven to 90 degrees. On a lined baking try add all the ingredients EXCEPT the goji berries. Cook the muesli mixture until lightly roasted and remove from the oven to cool completely.
2. Once cooled, add the goji berries and place into a glass jar for storage. This muesli should last for about a week.
